#TshepowedsRachel! South African Venda Bride, Rachel & Her Groom Tshepo Wore Venda Fabric Inspired Bridal Attires For Their Wedding

Posted on 1 m read 0 views

A few weeks ago we featured a South African Zulu bride who got married in the US wearing Ankara inspired wedding dress, and her husband, complimented her look with a matching bow tie and belt! SEE post HERE, if you missed it.

Today we have another beautiful wedding, this time not with Ankara fabric buy Venda fabric, and we think you’ll love it! The Venda people of north and south of the Limpopo, wear bright multi coloured fabric made into stripes, similar to aso-oke, which can be made into clothΒ and trousers. Like you’ll see below.

VendaΒ people make up one of the most fascinating tribes in South Africa.

Join us in wishing the beautiful couple a blessed marriage, be inspired!
