Nigerian Wedding: All The Stunning & Luxurious Details From Adejoke & Abdul-Azeez’s Extravagant Wedding At The Oriental Hotel, Lagos

Joke & Azeez’s extravagant wedding last Saturday October 25th surely blew our mind! That was one wedding that got many people on social media talking. The wedding took place at Oriental Hotel Lagos, and we couldn’t get over the exquisite decor by Debola Lewis for Yvent Kouture, the bride’s Vera Wang wedding dress, the luxury cars, automated service for food and drinks and the celebrity performance from Tiwa Savage & Wiz Kid!

The groom, Azeez is the son of Shade Alesh, a popular socialite in Lagos, who deals in diamonds while the bride’s mum is a top cloth merchant in Lagos Island. And the two women are best friends.

Shoe Box, Cake Knife & Champagne Flutes

The bride had a shoe display box, a cake knife & champagne flutescreated exclusively for her by Angela’s Fantasy Creation, who specialises in customising and crystallises any item you would like to your taste.

Wedding attires

The groom had on Tom Ford suits for the wedding and reception , while the bride had on two gorgeous Vera Wang dress and a third dress for the after party. A ball gown for wedding and two reception dresses! Accessorised with diamond tiara and a gorgeous lace appliqué veil.

The Bridal Party

The bridesmaids wore gorgeous mermaid style bridesmaids dresses in Blue, they all looked glamorous as they paired it with matching Louboutin heels. While the groomsmen looked dashing in their black suits, complimenting the groom nicely! Not to forget the adorable flower girls and ring bearers.

The Lavish Decor

To be honest, this decor is by far one of the best I’ve ever seen at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos! Debola Williams definitely outdid himself and brought the couple’s vision to life, it was definitely world standard to doubt! Decor is by Yvent Kouture

The Gifts

The bride received a beautiful Rolex watch from her Prince Charming Azeez! While she gifted her bridesmaids hamper and Alexander McQueen’s flats.

The Ceremony

The couple are muslim, therefore they had an intimate Islamic Nikkai ceremony at the hotel. Below are some of the photos…

Makeup & Prep

The bride’s makeup was do e by ShoMya Lagos, while the bridesmaids were all dolled up by Jide of St Ola. The bride went for a smokey eye and nude lips, with a gorgeous updo, accessorised with a 1 Million Naira Diamond Tiara!

The Artists That Performed

A Lagos party is not complete without the presence of a celebrated artists! And present there at this Lavish wedding reception was Tiwa Savage- Ballgun and Wiz Kid.
