In lavish Nigerian weddings there is no shortage of designer clothing, glamorous decor, lavish money rain, fine cuisine, and gorgeously dressed ladies and gentlemen in aso-ebi.
Lami and Ken’s wedding celebrations were clearly intermixed with grandeur, tradition alongside style and plenty of romance. The lovely couple met in the city of love, Paris and it was only natural to include that part of their story into their celebrations, hence a Parisian themed wedding! The series of events began with their traditional Yoruba wedding we shared a few days ago, see HERE , if you missed it, both event perfectly planned by LH Events.
The bride wore a beautiful and feminine off white strapless lace wedding gown with just the right amount of edge and oomph with the three quarter sleeves insert bolero for the church ceremony. Beauty By Queen was spot-on with her makeup – a lovely, dewy glow with hints of pink, a purple smokey eye, and ombre pink lips. Her hair was in a sleek yet relaxed up do, so neatly done, love it. The groom, Ken donned a blue tuxedo suit – loved how it contrasted with Lami’s outfit, but also matched it so very subtly.
This wedding party was goals with the bridesmaids donning magenta off shoulder dresses by Fab Lane By Derin, cream Calla lily bouquets and the groomsmen wearing fitted black three piece suits with matching lapel pin color. I found every pose and smile caught on camera to be so joyous!
This couple definitely looked like they had so much fun at their wedding reception, where 524 Events took our breaths away with their decor work, and that 15 feet Eiffel tower, perfection!
