Amarachi and Femi, the name just fits, perfectly. This loving couple were destined to be forever and with this enchanting love tale celebrating their journey, my eyes are full of hearts. Amarachi and her husband first met at the university’s library 9 years ago and have been inseparable since then. The couple had their inter-tribal traditional wedding at Trenchard Hall at the University Of Ibadan, which Love & Harmony Events ensured was given the B Signature Events’ glam touch, as the space was transformed with the perfect drapings and lush green walls that was the most culturally rich space to get married in! It is these amazing moments that make me fall in love with my culture over and over again and with JOP Studios at the lens, I just know that a bride’s day will be captured with the most immaculate touch. Our bride’s makeup artist created the right type of pop to make this natural beauty glow, and the bride was extra beautiful with majestic details as she flawlessly made her entrance into the hall in a stunning red outfit. I love when a Nigerian bride makes that entrance. Those lucky enough to see it, fall in love with the soul of the eyes, and I conclude this beautiful inter-tribal event was some pure eye candy.
HOW THEY MET:
Amarachi & I met a little over 9 years ago at the library whilst i was running away from a stalker lol.
It was love at first sight for me. From the very beginning, I knew I was going to marry her. We just clicked. Amarachi is such an amazing person, everyone who’s o comes in contact with her can attest to this.
It was December last year, Mara & I were on vacation in the UK, London precisely. We went out with some friends. Went to The Shard, I took her to the highest point & I got down on my knee to ask my beautiful wife to do me the honours of forever with me.
Femi and I, fell in love a little over 9 years ago. It happened in the university library, where we were both meant to be studying for exams. He was trying to avoid a stalker and ran into me. We had a 2 hour long conversation but honestly it felt like 30 minutes. After that day, we couldn’t wait to be in each others’ company again. After about one year of dating (actually, of him being my G), I knew that it will be my loss if I didn’t marry Femi. Asides being funny, witty and in love with me, Femi is an absolute gem.
Femi proposed to me while we were on vacation in London. We went for dinner with our friends and family at this restaurant in The Shard (real fancy place). He said he wanted a moment alone with me, away from the cheer and chirping away of our friends, he took me to the window that overlooked most of London and asked me to spend forever with him (of course after getting down on one knee). It was indeed very beautiful.
